Corinthians regularized, on the afternoon of this Tuesday (7), the payment of image rights for female athletes. The amounts were for the month of June and had been in arrears since the 15th, totaling 22 days outstanding. The information was initially released by journalist Anne Campos.
This is the second consecutive month that the club has delayed payment of Brabas' image rights. In May, the situation also occurred and was only resolved on the 29th, the day before the 1 x 0 victory over Palmeiras, in the third phase of the Women's Copa do Brasil.

Despite the regularization of image rights, Corinthians still has outstanding amounts with the female squad. Among them are installments of the prize for the 2025 Women's Libertadores title, which, according to the agreement signed between the club and athletes, would be paid in 12 installments.
Another financial commitment still open involves the campaign in the Champions Cup. After finishing runner-up in the competition, Corinthians received R$5.3 million from FIFA, and the agreement established foresees the transfer of 80% of this amount to the squad, technical committee and other members of the women's football department.
On the other hand, salaries registered in the portfolio (CLT) were paid in advance last Friday (3). The deposit occurred before the usual deadline, which corresponds to the fifth business day of each month.
The delays occur amid the financial scenario faced by the club. Corinthians accumulates a gross debt of approximately R$2.7 billion and presented an accumulated deficit of R$168 million until April 2026, a value higher than predicted in the budget for the period.
In an attempt to reinforce revenues allocated to sports, Corinthians recently announced a new sponsorship contract involving women's football, in addition to the futsal and basketball teams. The agreement with Fatal Fans foresees an investment of R$22 million.
While waiting for the resumption of competitions after the break for the World Cup, the squad led by Emily Lima continues to prepare for their next official commitment. Brabas return to the field on July 17th, at 7pm (Brasília time), when they host Ferroviária, at Parque São Jorge, for the fourth round of the Campeonato Paulista Feminino.
