Corinthians receives a visit from the coach of the under-20 team and continues the interseason
This Thursday morning, Corinthians continued the interseason at CT Joaquim Grava. Coach Fernando Diniz carried out technical training, focusing on finishing and possession of the ball. The activity was accompanied by Paulo Victor Gomes, commander of the Brazilian team in the under-20 and under-23 categories.
How was the training?
The athletes started the day at the gym, with a physical activation of strength and mobility. Afterwards, coach Fernando Diniz led training with stations on the pitch.
The players were divided into groups and went through all the stations, which included finishing exercises, possession of the ball in reduced spaces and technical control work.
Corinthians returns to training twice more this week. The team will be present at CT Joaquim Grava this Friday and Saturday.
Who hasn't played for Corinthians yet?
Corinthians still doesn't have the entire squad available. Memphis Depay is still with the Dutch delegation, which was eliminated by Morocco last Monday in the World Cup.
What is Corinthians' next game?
Before returning to official competitions, Timão will play a friendly against Cascavel on July 12th, at 4pm (Brasília time), at the Arnaldo Busato Stadium, in Paraná. The debut after the break will be on July 23rd, at 7:30 pm, against Remo, in the last round of the first round of the Brazilian Championship, at Neo Química Arena.
