Corinthians has carried out, in recent days, a series of activities aimed at combating racism with teams from the lower categories of women's football. The initiative was developed by the club's Cultural Department, through the Social Responsibility area, in partnership with the São Paulo Football Federation (FPF).
The meetings took place at Memorial Corinthians and brought together athletes from the Brabinhas training categories for moments of dialogue, reflection and awareness about racial issues present inside and outside the sporting environment. In addition to the conversation circles, the young women had contact with the club's historical collection, expanding their understanding of topics related to inclusion, diversity and respect.

During the activities, speakers addressed situations of discrimination and prejudice that may arise throughout the athletes' careers, highlighting the importance of recognizing and confronting racist manifestations in everyday life.
The conversations also encouraged players to seek information and knowledge on the topic, reinforcing the need to identify discriminatory behaviors that often go unnoticed. The objective of the action was to contribute to the formation of athletes who are more aware of their role within society, in addition to promoting a more respectful and inclusive sporting environment.
In a post on social media, the Corinthians Cultural Department highlighted that the initiative seeks to build anti-racist practices through education and awareness among new generations.
"In partnership with Brabinhas and FPF, the Cultural Department, through Social Responsibility, has been promoting an initiative aimed at combating racism and building anti-racist practices. The meetings are taking place at Memorial Corinthians, with circles of dialogue, reflection and awareness, contextualizing our history to form a new conscious generation."
The action adds to other initiatives developed by Corinthians in recent years related to combating racism and promoting inclusion. The club has participated in educational campaigns and carried out institutional actions aimed at raising awareness among fans, athletes and employees.
In addition to social impact, projects linked to diversity and inclusion are also part of the criteria evaluated by the Excellence Program of the São Paulo Football Federation (PEX-FPF), which recognizes good management, governance and social responsibility practices among clubs in São Paulo.
