On Friday night (10), Corinthians is facing Minas, at Ginásio Wlamir Marques, Parque São Jorge, in a duel valid for the 12th round of the National Futsal League (LNF). At the moment, Alvinegro only occupies 13th place with eight points - two wins, two draws and seven defeats - 16 goals scored and 25 conceded. Only the top twelve go to the knockout stage, with fifth to twelfth place competing in a playoff before the knockout stage.
The clash marks the debut of Fatal Fans, a subscription and content sales platform, in the uniform of the Corinthians futsal team. The brand is displayed on the front hem of the shirt. In football uniforms, the company will be printed on the shorts and upper back of the basketball team. Officially announced last Saturday (4), the partner, in addition to basketball and futsal, will raise R$22 million for men's and women's football.

The contract is valid until December 2027, with the possibility of being extended for another year - there is also a trigger that could cause the sponsorship to generate another R$9 million for Timão - R$31 million in total. It is worth noting that, in women's football, the brand will not be displayed on the Brabas uniform. Instead, awareness campaigns about STIs, combating harassment, combating aggression against women and prejudice will be shown.
This year, even with the good campaign in the state, Alvinegro is at the bottom of the LNF table, due to the reduction in costs in the department, generated by the club's serious financial crisis, promoted by the board of president Osmar Stabile. In the LNF Cup, played between teams from the futsal elite division and the LNF Silver (second division), for example, the Parque São Jorge club was eliminated in the round of 16 after losing to São Lourenço by the score of 4 x 1.
From 2025 to 2026, the Corinthians team underwent a major overhaul, signing just three players (Fabinho, OitoMeia and Kelvin - the latter has already left the club) and started using, for the most part, athletes from the youth teams - more than 60% of the squad. Last season, it is worth remembering, Timão reached five finals, winning two titles (Torneo Internacional Mucho Más, in Spain, and Taça São Paulo) and three runners-up (Supercopa Gramado, Liga Nacional and Campeonato Paulista).
