Corinthians intensifies preparation in the interseason with activities in two periods at CT Joaquim Grava

Corinthians continued its preparation for the second half of the season this Saturday (27), by concluding the third day of interseason work at CT Dr. Joaquim Grava. Under the command of coach Fernando Diniz, the black and white squad carried out activities in two periods, focusing on physical conditioning and tactical aspects.
The morning's activities began in the gym, where the players participated in strength work. Afterwards, the group went to the pitch to warm up with passing and heading dynamics.

Afterwards, the technical committee promoted a ball possession activity and a specific traction and finishing exercise. In the activity, the athletes worked on strength and explosiveness while being pulled by a teammate using an elastic band before completing the play with crosses to the goal.
The training ended with an attack versus defense exercise, aimed at creating offensive plays and immediate pressure after losing possession. During the activity, Fernando Diniz took the opportunity to guide the team in different game situations and adjust tactical aspects.
In the afternoon, the players returned to the gym for muscle strengthening work. Timão's schedule includes another training session this Sunday morning (28), again at CT Dr. Joaquim Grava.
In addition to competing in the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A, Corinthians is preparing for a decisive sequence of commitments in the second half of the year, which includes the round of 16 of the Copa do Brasil and the Copa Libertadores da América.
