Corinthians continued working in preparation for the second half of the season this Wednesday (8), with another day of activities in two periods at CT Dr. Joaquim Grava. The squad led by Fernando Diniz intensified its interseason work with an eye on the sequence of commitments in July, when it will play four matches.
In the morning, the players started their program with strength work in the gym. Then, on the pitch, they participated in ball possession activities and an exercise focused on strength, speed and finishing. In the dynamic, the athletes performed sprints with the resistance of an elastic band, pulled by a teammate, before completing the move with crosses towards the goal.
