Corinthians sees itself linked to possible departures of athletes in this transfer window, which opens this month, but needs to turn on the alert already thinking about the end of the season and planning for the following year. Timão has seven athletes whose contract ends at the end of 2026, that is, they can sign a pre-contract with any team at any time, in this scenario, they would leave the club for free in 2027.

Among the names at the end of their contracts are athletes such as André Ramalho, Jesse Lingard and André Carrillo, but in addition to the players who belong to the club, there are loans in progress that also end at the end of the year.

Memphis renews?

In addition to the names whose contract ends in December, Corinthians need to resolve Memphis Depay's future this month. Timão has already presented a renewal proposal to the athlete, who is still evaluating the terms of the new agreement. Among the changes discussed are a reduction in salary values and a restructuring of the form of remuneration for the number 10.

Until the end of the current contract, Corinthians has three commitments scheduled for the Brazilian Championship: against Remo, on the 23rd of July, against Bahia, on the 26th, and against Athletico-PR, on the 30th.

It is worth remembering that Memphis Depay will not immediately return to Corinthians after the Netherlands' elimination from the World Cup. The club granted the number 10 a vacation period before returning to CT Dr. Joaquim Grava, as the player changed his commitments for Timão and the World Cup dispute without a rest period.
