With the break in the calendar for the World Cup, Corinthians closed the first half of the 2026 season with moderate numbers playing at the Neo Química Arena. Despite having achieved important victories against Fiel Torcida, the team also accumulated negative results that impacted the overall performance in Itaquera.
Timão's first home game of the year took place in January, when they beat Ponte Preta 3 x 0 in the Campeonato Paulista. Since then, Corinthians has played matches for different competitions at the stadium, including Campeonato Paulista, Campeonato Brasileiro, Copa do Brasil and Conmebol Libertadores.

In 2022, Timão recorded 72.91% success, while in 2023 it reached 66.66%. On the other hand, the performances in 2024 and 2021 ended below the index obtained this year.
With the end of the first part of the season, the cast led by Fernando Diniz went on vacation and is scheduled to perform again on June 24th, at CT Dr. Joaquim Grava.
Before the official return to competitions, Corinthians will play a friendly against Cascavel, on July 12th, at the Estádio Olímpico Regional, in Paraná.
