Corinthians signed a new sponsorship agreement this Friday. According to information from Meu Timão, the club agreed to a partnership with Fatal Fans, a subscription and digital content marketing platform, in a contract valid until December 2027 and which provides for a transfer of R$22 million to Alvinegro. The investment will include men's and women's football, as well as basketball and futsal teams.
The first negotiations between the parties involved a commitment lasting just one year, with figures just over R$17 million. However, after new conversations and initial resistance from Corinthians management, the agreement was reformulated and gained another six months in duration. As a result, the total value of the contract increased by approximately R$5 million.

The spaces allocated to the company in the uniforms remained the same as already discussed in the negotiations: the shorts of the men's and women's football teams, the upper part of the back of the basketball uniform and the front hem of the futsal uniform.
According to the investigation, the amount disbursed by Fatal Fans exceeds the market value of these commercial assets by approximately four times and sets record figures for the club's women's football, basketball and futsal modalities.
The contract also provides for the possibility of renewal for another season. If the clause is activated, the partnership will be extended until December 2028, generating an additional payment of just over R$9 million and increasing the total value of the bond to approximately R$31.28 million.
The agreement was legally signed between Corinthians and Atlas Technologies, the company responsible for the development and operation of the Fatal Fans and Fatal Model platforms. The latter, focused on the escort segment, had already maintained commercial relations with the club in recent years, including the acquisition of advertising spaces at the Neo Química Arena between 2022 and 2023 and a donation of R$200,000 to the Doe Arena campaign, organized by Gaviões da Fiel with the aim of helping to reduce the stadium's debt with Caixa Econômica Federal.
Unlike Fatal Model, Fatal Fans does not operate exclusively with adult content, despite this segment representing the majority of material available on the platform. One of the objectives of the partnership with Corinthians is precisely to expand the variety of content offered by the service, a strategy similar to that recently adopted by competing companies in the sector, such as OnlyFans.
During the negotiations, Corinthians established a series of conditions related to the use of its brand and the image of its athletes. Among the demands imposed by the club is the ban on displaying the Fatal Fans logo on women's football uniforms. In the space allocated to the sponsor in this modality, educational and awareness campaigns will be promoted, addressing topics such as preventing STIs, combating harassment, discrimination and domestic violence.
The contract also prevents any direct association between athletes and the platform, in addition to prohibiting content that relates Corinthians to themes of eroticization or objectification of the body.
Another clause provides for the possibility of changing or temporarily removing the brand on the men's team uniforms if any competition regulations prevent the sponsor's exposure.
In the digital environment, Corinthians ensured final control over all advertising pieces related to the partnership. According to the agreement, any promotional material must follow a line of communication considered appropriate by the club, without explicit images, double-meaning expressions or any inappropriate language.
From a financial point of view, Timão also obtained a condition considered strategic: more than 60% of the total value of the contract will be transferred to the club in the first 90 days of the partnership, a measure that aims to offer an immediate reinforcement to the cash flow of the benefiting departments.
In addition, the company accepted other demands made by Corinthians, such as the prohibition of displaying the brand in basic categories and a complete reformulation of its visual identity, eliminating any element considered explicit or inappropriate. The new layout of the platform has already been in use for a few weeks and was previously presented and approved by the club.
