Mirassol will play at the Jorge Maria Campos Maia stadium, Maião, in the round of 16 of the Copa Libertadores. Leão Caipira advanced in its group and will face LDU, from Ecuador, in the next phase of the continental competition.

There was a doubt as to whether Conmebol would release the stadium in the city of Mirassol for the first game of the round of 16. With a capacity for 15,000 people, Mira's home has a smaller capacity than that required to host games in the round of 16, which is a minimum of 20,000 spectators.

The confirmation took place this Saturday (6), through an update from the highest entity in South American football.

The game will be on August 13th, at 7pm (Brasília time). The return trip will be the following Thursday (20/8), at 7pm (Brasília time), in Quito, Ecuador.
