Throughout the afternoon of this Tuesday (30), the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) released the dates and times of the games in the round of 16 of the Copa do Brasil Feminina. In this way, Corinthians learned the details of the classic against Ferroviária. The teams will face each other on July 23rd, Thursday, at 3pm (Brasília time), at Arena Fonte Luminosa, in Araraquara.

The duel will be shown on SporTV (Grupo Globo's closed channel). In the third phase, it is worth remembering, the Parque São Jorge club eliminated Palmeiras, at Allianz Parque, by winning 1 x 0, with a goal scored by midfielder Gabi Zanotti, in the final stretch of the match. The Copa do Brasil is in its second edition since its reactivation after nine years - it had previously been played between 2007 and 2016.

Throughout its history, Brabas have won the competition once. In 2016, when they had a partnership with Osasco Audax, they beat São José 5 x 3 on aggregate. In the first leg, a 2-2 draw in São José dos Campos. On the way back, Timão triumphed 3 x 1, at the José Liberatti Stadium, in Osasco.

In the current season, Corinthians and Ferroviária have already faced each other once. On April 24, Alvinegro beat Ferrinha 3 x 1, at Fazendinha, in the classification phase of the Brazilian Women's Championship. Throughout history, there are 30 victories for Brabas, 10 draws and only one defeat - 89 goals scored and 23 conceded.

The Parque São Jorge club will return to the field in the sport precisely to face Ferroviária, on July 17th, at 7pm, at the Alfredo Schürig Stadium, Fazendinha, in the fourth round of the first phase of the Campeonato Paulista Feminino.
