The artist was a victim of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (Aids), a disease caused by the HIV virus when it is not combated by medication. It was also pointed out that the cause of death was also the chronic use of multiple substances - which were not specified.

The actress's boyfriend, Roy Hernandez, 24, had confirmed that the artist passed away as a result of a serious case of meningitis and blood infections.
