Cauã Reymond reveals that he stopped training due to health problems
Actor Cauã Reymond, 46, used social media last Sunday (24) to detail some of the training he adopted after injuring his shoulder. The celebrity revealed that he had to temporarily abandon some sports because of the problem.
During a workout at the gym, the artist stated that the injury impacted his bodybuilding training, especially jiu-jitsu, a sport he has practiced for years.
"Since I injured my shoulder, it's been a long time since I've been able to train jiu-jitsu as often as I'd like. Lately I haven't even been training," he said in the video.
Cauã Reymond said he also had to pause other sports such as surfing and swimming. "Not surfing, not swimming, not a lot of things that I'm missing the most. So, I'm going to suck it up until this shoulder gets better, just in the mud", joked the artist.
The celebrity increased the repetition of exercises so as not to become too muscular and separated days of back and chest training. Additionally, he intensified his leg training to stabilize his injured shoulder.
Work on TV
Cauã Reymond's most recent work on TV was in the remake of "Vale Tudo" (2025). The actor will also be in "Jogada de Risco", a Globoplay series created, directed, scripted and starring the actor.
