Cars, R$27 million and jewelry: Deolane's belongings confiscated by the police
The São Paulo Court accepted the complaint from the Public Ministry of São Paulo (MP-SP) against the influencer and lawyer Deolane Bezerra Santos, making her a defendant in the process that investigates her involvement with the criminal organization PCC (Primeiro Comando da Capital) in a million-dollar money laundering scheme.
CNN Brasil had access to the decision this Thursday (18). According to the document, investigations indicate that Deolane had acted as a recipient of funds from the faction, benefiting from operations carried out by a front transport company, identified as a company created by the PCC to hide the illicit origin of the resources.
Based on the court decision, luxury items, cars and the influencer's fortune were the target of seizure, kidnapping and blocking measures by the police.

The judge ordered the kidnapping of a Lamborghini Huracan EVO, a Mercedes-Benz AMG G63 and a Cadillac Esacalade and a BMW X1 registered in the name of his company, entitled Deolane Bezerra Holding Patrimonial LTDA.
Some of these vehicles had already been seized at the beginning of May, when she was arrested. In total, it is estimated that the cars together exceed million-dollar values.

In addition to the luxury cars, a total amount of R$27,002,774.72 was identified, an amount that, according to the Court, was considered incompatible with the income declared by Deolane. The amount was also blocked.
During the execution of the search and seizure warrants, the lawyer's jewelry, watches, cash and cell phones were confiscated.
According to the judge, "the materiality of the crimes charged is demonstrated by the convergence of multiple pieces of evidence collected throughout the investigation."
In theory, all the elements collected - including the items seized from Deolane's house - prove her participation in the crimes, according to the magistrate.
With the decision, she and 5 other defendants will be summoned in person to present a response to the accusation within up to 10 days.
Deolane will remain imprisoned in the Tupi Paulista penitentiary, in the interior of São Paulo, where she was transferred and has remained since May 22nd.

Deolane Bezerra's defense was aware of the receipt of the complaint, highlighting that the act is initial and does not imply guilt. In a statement, the lawyers reiterate the influencer's innocence, the legal origin of her income and the lack of links with organized crime, stating that they will use all evidence to clarify the case.
