Carol Dantas responds to criticism about traveling "at Neymar's expense"

Influencer Carol Dantas, 33, mother of Davi Lucca, 14, first son of player Neymar Jr., 34, used social media last Monday (15), to defend herself from the criticism she received for "traveling at the athlete's expense."

It all started because she suffered several attacks on social media after traveling to the United States alongside Davi Lucca, her youngest son, Valentin, 6, and her husband, Vinicius Martinez, 31, to follow Brazil at the World Cup games.

"Let it be very clear that I don't go where I wasn't invited, I don't go where my family doesn't feel loved or welcomed, and much less do I go to bother them or to be what I'm not! I really respect my relationship and my family, first and foremost, and I really respect their [Neymar and Bruna Biancardi] family too. That's why they always invite me. I receive what I planted many years ago. Much respect and love!", he stated in a comment on Instagram.

She also made it clear that she was responding to criticism and not sending indirect messages to someone, like Bruna Biancardi, Neymar's current wife, with whom she built a friendship. "I'm not giving anyone a hint, you idle people. I just can't stand these people who don't even know anything talking shit all the time, creating conclusions and confusion where there isn't any! If you are ill-intentioned, idle, unhappy, mediocre, that's your problem."

When she received a comment that the entire trip was paid for by Neymar, and that he enjoyed it "at the player's expense", she replied: "Is the money yours? If he paid, he paid because he insists on having everyone he loves and who cheers for him".

"You must be a poor thing who can't provide anything for who she is, it's sad! Go work, maybe one day you can do the same for someone you love", he added.

Despite having an old relationship with Neymar, Carol Dantas maintains a good relationship with the player, and always participates in the athlete's family events.
