Caixa suspends Mega-Sena draws for a week until the 30th anniversary special contest; see dates
How does Mega-Sena work?
Caixa Econômica Federal announced, this Monday (11), changes to the Mega-Sena draw calendar for next week. The reason is the draw for the special contest of 30 (number 3010), which takes place on May 24th, a Sunday.
Due to the change in dates, the regular draws will be suspended from Sunday (17/5), returning only after the commemorative edition - which has a prize estimated at R$ 150 million and does not accumulate. g1 broadcasts the lottery draws live.
Therefore, as they happen every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, in the week between 17/05 and 24/05, there will be NO draws on the following days:
19/05 - Tuesday
21/05 - Thursday
23/05 - Saturday

According to the rules published by Caixa, the special draw prize does not accumulate, so if no one matches the six numbers, the main amount will be divided between the bettors who match the corner.
If there are still not enough winners, it will go to the court, increasing the chances of someone matching the sequence of numbers.
