Caetano Veloso reacts when he hears Virginia's name: "I don't know who she is"

In a video published on Saturday (23) by Paula Lavigne, 57, singer Caetano Veloso, 83, says he doesn't know who influencer Virginia Fonseca, 27, is. The publication gained repercussion on the web and divided the opinions of internet users.

In the images posted on social media, Caetano appears confused when asked about Virginia and Vini Jr. "You were saying 'Virginia, Vini'. I said: 'Who is Virginia Vini? Then Tino explained it to me. I'm alienated", he says.

Then, Paula responds: "No, you're not insane!" Caetano then explains that he knows who the football player is, but he doesn't know the influencer. "Vini Jr. I know who he is. I don't know who she is", he says.

In the caption of the publication, the singer's wife states that she was updating Caetano "on some news". Recently, Virginia publicly announced the end of her relationship with Vini Jr., after seven months of dating.

In the comments of the publication, followers reacted to Caetano's speech. "Caetano, we're together! Everything I know about Virginia is against my will..." wrote one. "I'm just like Caetano. I don't know who he is either", commented another. "I'm so jealous of Caetano, because everything I knew about the influencer there was by accident", said a third.

On the other hand, the singer's lack of knowledge bothered Virginia's fans, who also spoke out. "Virginia could be smart and say that she hasn't paid much attention to Caetano since the 7th year of elementary school when he used to be famous", posted an internet user on X.
