Caetano Veloso and Marisa Monte open new concert hall in Curitiba

Curitiba will gain a new music venue in August: Cine Lido, a cultural space located in the center of the capital of Paraná.

The inauguration will feature two big names in Brazilian music. Caetano Veloso performs on August 26th, and Marisa Monte takes the stage on the 27th.

Tickets go on sale on June 3rd, at 12pm, through Ticketmaster.

Cine Lido will occupy a historic property that was once one of the best-known street cinemas in Curitiba. The space will have around 3 thousand square meters, a ceiling height of 18 meters and capacity for up to 2.5 thousand people.

The program already has names confirmed until November, including Fresno, Zé Ramalho, Tiago Iorc, Maiara and Maraisa, Capital Inicial, Victor & Leo, Ana Carolina, Os Garotin and Gilsons.
