Cadillac starts sales in Brazil in the third quarter and will have three models

Cadillac confirmed that it already has a date to begin operations within the Brazilian market. The luxury brand from General Motors (GM) will sell its cars from the last quarter of 2026 and sales will begin in three cities: São Paulo, Paraná and Distrito Federal.

Cadillac will work with three experience centers operated by Eurobike, in São Paulo, by Metrosul, in Curitiba, and by Tecar, in Brasília.

The luxury automaker confirmed three cars (all 100% electric) for the Brazilian market: Optiq, Lyriq and Vistiq. Discover the electric cars below.

1. Cadillac Optiq
The model is already sold in several markets and has an 85 kWh battery. As a result, the range should exceed 500 kilometers in the European cycle.

With four-wheel drive and dual motor, power reaches over 300 hp. Inside, it has an audio system with 19 speakers, ambient lighting and several safety and driving features.

2. Cadillac Lyriq
The model has a bolder look and also focuses on luxury. The integrated entertainment system with a 33-inch screen for instruments and multimedia is a highlight.

In terms of performance, it has 522 hp of power and 62.2 kgfm of torque and can do 0 to 100 km/h in less than 5 seconds. The range also exceeds 500 km, but using the WLTP cycle.

3. Cadillac Vistiq
The full-size SUV combines performance with quiet driving, thanks to its dual-motor all-wheel drive system that delivers 615 horsepower and 89.7 Nm of torque.

Acceleration is immediate, with Velocity Max1 mode allowing a time from 0 to 100 km/h of approximately 3.7 seconds. The Vistiq offers an estimated WLTP range of 460 km.
