British soldier dies in accident during training in Iraq

A British Army soldier died after an accident during training in northern Iraq, the United Kingdom Ministry of Defense said on Monday (1st).
British authorities did not disclose the victim's identity or details about the circumstances of the accident. According to the government, the soldier's family was notified and asked for privacy before the release of new information.
In a statement, the Ministry of Defense stated that it deeply regrets the death and offered condolences to the soldier's family and friends. The case occurred on Sunday (31), during a training activity in the northern region of Iraq.
