Brazil faces Panama this Sunday (31st), at 6:30 pm (Brasília time), in a friendly preparatory match for the 2026 World Cup. The game takes place at Maracanã, in Rio de Janeiro, and marks the farewell of Carlo Ancelotti's team with the fans.

With an eye on the sixth championship, the Brazilian team began the training period at the Granja Comary CT at the beginning of this week. The big absence in training was Neymar, who has a grade 2 muscle injury in his calf.

Gabriel Magalhães, Marquinhos and Gabriel Martinelli also did not participate in the activities, as they were with their clubs' delegations for the Champions League final.

Probable lineups
In the search for an ideal team, Carlo Ancelotti should go to the field with: Alisson; Wesley, Bremer, Léo Pereira and Alex Sandro; Casemiro and Bruno Guimarães; Luiz Henrique, Raphinha, Matheus Cunha and Vini Júnior. The biggest news is the addition of defenders Bremer and Léo Pereira, who occupy the vacancies left by Gabriel Magalhães and Marquinhos.

Panama, in turn, is led by Thomas Christiansen. He will be missing two of the team's best players: goalkeeper Luis Mejía and midfielder Adalberto Carrasquilla. The coach must select the team with: Orlando Mosquera; Andrés Andrade, Jiovany Ramos and José Córdoba; Amir Murillo, Cristian Martínez, Carlos Harvey and Jorge Gutiérrez; José Luis Rodríguez, Ismael Díaz and José Fajardo.

Upcoming games and participation in the World Cup
After the friendly against the Panamanians, Brazil travels to the United States on Monday (1), at 8pm. On the 6th, the yellow-green team plays its last match before the start of the World Cup, against Egypt. The team is part of Group C and makes its debut against Morocco, on the 13th. Haiti and Scotland complete the bracket.
