Braskem reports change in corporate agreement involving Petrobras and Shine I

Braskem S.A. informed the market, this Friday (05), that it received a communication from Shine I Fundo de Investimento em Participações responsibilities Limitada regarding the signing of the 1st amendment to the new shareholders' agreement signed with Petrobras.

According to the FIP, the amendment aims to promote adjustments and improvements in devices related to the company's governance. The agreement is part of the structure that defines shared control of Braskem between Petrobras and the investment fund.

The statement continues a sequence of relevant facts released by the company throughout 2025 and 2026, amid discussions involving the company's corporate and governance structure.

Braskem also highlighted that the amendment must be submitted to the Board of Directors for deliberation, which will act as a consenting participant in the formalization process.

The company reinforced that it will continue to inform the market about any relevant developments, in accordance with capital market rules.
