Brasília leads demand for high-standard properties in the 1st quarter
The edition of the Real Estate Demand Index (IDI) Brazil for the first quarter of 2026 shows the advancement of the Central-West in the high-end segment, aimed at families with incomes above R$24 thousand and properties starting at R$811 thousand.
Brasília (DF) remained in the lead for the second consecutive quarter, while Goiânia rose to third place, behind only São Paulo. Curitiba and Rio de Janeiro appear next.
The market points to the decentralization of the South-Southeast axis. The result in Brasília is attributed to the stability of public service income. Goiânia stands out for its growing economic dynamism.
The survey, carried out by Ecossistema Sienge in partnership with the Brazilian Chamber of the Construction Industry (CBIC), analyzed 81 Brazilian cities.
