Bomb agendas: projects being processed in Congress could have a fiscal impact of R$111 billion per year, says Treasury
The Ministries of Finance and Planning and Budget reported this Thursday (11) that nine proposals being processed in the National Congress represent, together, an estimated fiscal impact of R$111 billion per year.
The value brings together estimates prepared by technical bodies of the Executive Branch and relate to the so-called "bomb agendas" under analysis in Congress.
A bomb agenda is a term used in the National Congress to designate bills or proposals that create billion-dollar expenses or reduce revenue. These measures have a strong negative impact on public accounts.
