Bolsonaro's defense asks the STF to remove "serious misconduct" due to seized weapon

The defense of former president Jair Bolsonaro (PL) told Minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the STF (Supreme Federal Court), that the conclusion of the investigation into the weapon seized from a soldier reinforces the absence of serious misconduct capable of affecting house arrest.

In a statement sent this Thursday (2), the lawyers maintain that the Civil Police of the Federal District recognized the regularity of the registration of the pistol in Bolsonaro's name.
