Bolsa Família publishes payment calendar for January 2026
Caixa Econômica Federal starts July payments for Bolsa Família on the 20th. The first to receive will be beneficiaries with a Social Identification Number (NIS) ending with 1. (see the complete calendar below)

The money will be made available in the last 10 working days of each month, so staggered. The exception is the month of December, when payments are made in advance.
To know the correct date of receipt, the family must check the last digit of the NIS, printed on the program card. Thus, it is possible to consult the corresponding day in the official payment calendar.

Who can receive Bolsa Família?
The main rule for receiving the benefit is to have a monthly family income of up to R$218 per person.
To qualify for the program, you need to add up the total income and divide it by the number of people. If the value is below R$218, the family is eligible for Bolsa Família.
Beneficiaries also need to pay for compensation, such as:
keeping children and adolescents in school;
carrying out prenatal care (in the case of pregnant women);
keeping vaccination records up to date.
What are the benefit values?
Bolsa Família provides for the payment of at least R$600 per family. There is also an additional fee of:
R$150 per child up to 6 years old;
R$50 for pregnant women and children and adolescents aged 7 to 17;
R$50 per baby up to six months old.
Where to register?
Beneficiaries need to register with the Single Registry (CadÚnico) - the federal government's main instrument for the inclusion of low-income families in social programs - and wait a framework analysis.
Being on the Single Registry does not mean automatic entry into the government's social programs, since each of them has specific rules. But registration is a prerequisite for the application to be evaluated.

How to withdraw Bolsa Família?
Beneficiaries receive and can move the amounts through the Caixa TEM application and internet banking. Therefore, it is not necessary to go to a Caixa Econômica Federal branch - which is responsible for paying Bolsa Família - to make the withdrawal.
According to Caixa, beneficiaries can also use the program card to make purchases at commercial establishments, through the debit function.
In addition, there is the option of making withdrawals at self-service terminals, lottery outlets and Caixa Aqui correspondents, in addition to Caixa branches.
