Bank of America executives predicted this Tuesday (26) at least 10 initial public offerings (IPOs) of Brazilian companies next year, with the listings taking place in both Brazil and the United States.

To attract investors and ensure sufficient liquidity, operations must move from US$500 million, said Bruno Saraiva, co-director of the investment banking area in Brazil and director of capital markets for Latin America at BofA.

This month, Compass Gás e Energia, controlled by Cosan, completed its IPO, ending a drought of initial share offerings on B3 that had lasted almost five years.

Meanwhile, Brazilian companies such as PicPay and Agibank offered shares in the United States.

Market prices interest rate rise in the US, says economist | MONEY NEWS
