Beyoncé takes fans by surprise by releasing music after two years; Listen
Singer Beyoncé took fans by surprise when she released a song this Saturday (4), the date on which United States Independence Day is celebrated.
The track "MORNING DEW (DONK)" was recently made available on the artist's official YouTube, who hadn't released a new production in two years, since producing "Cowboy Carter".
In a statement sent to the American press, Parkwood Entertainment, the singer's company, said that "Donk" begins a 60-day countdown to Beyoncé's next birthday, on September 4, and the re-release of "B'Day" after 20 years, her second album, released in 2006.
The image that illustrates the video shows the artist lying down, wearing a black bikini.
On social networks, the fan club also raises the possibility that "Donk" is a song discarded from the 2013 album "Beyoncé".
The song is written by Beyoncé and produced by Pharrell Williams, The-Dream and Darius Dixon.
