Banco do Brasil offline? Application is unstable and customers complain online

The Banco do Brasil application was experiencing instability this Wednesday (10). On social media, customers report problems accessing their account and making transfers.
According to the website DownDetector, which monitors interruptions in online services, more than 2,500 complaints had already been made at around 11:20 am.
When contacted, the bank stated that it is working to normalize the service.
"BB informs that its digital channels are unavailable on the morning of this Wednesday, 10th, and is working to normalize the service as soon as possible. card operations and PIX receipt were not impacted", the bank stated in an official note.
