The 20th edition of the Bahia Farm Show ended this Friday (12) with record attendance and growth in practically all the main indicators of the event held in Luís Eduardo Magalhães (BA). Over the six days of programming, the fair received 172,328 visitors, an increase of 6% compared to last year.
The number of exhibitors jumped from 434 to 554, a growth of 28%, while the brands represented went from 1,124 to 1,421, an increase of 26%. The total number of sponsors also increased, from 21 to 24 companies.
This year's edition was marked by the expansion of the exhibition park, the presence of federal government authorities and announcements focused on agribusiness and infrastructure.
Among the highlights were the launch of the R$14 billion line for financing agricultural machinery and implements and the announcement of investments in the electrical sector for Bahia.
The fair also reinforced its commitment to diversifying its programming. Among the new features were the space dedicated to startups, the creation of the Vozes do Agro project and the holding of the first official auction of the Bahia Farm Show, an initiative that expanded the presence of livestock within the event and sold more than 1500 animals.
Family farming also gained more space. The number of exhibitors in the segment increased from 28 to 34, an increase of 21% compared to 2025.
Consolidated as the main agricultural fair in Matopiba, a region that brings together areas of Bahia, Maranhão, Tocantins and Piauí, the Bahia Farm Show reaches the end of its historic edition with the highest numbers ever recorded in attendance, exhibitors and participating brands.
