B3 extends deadline for Raízen to adjust share price until July 2026

Raízen S.A. informed the market that B3 (Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão) granted a new deadline for the reframing of the price of its preferred shares to the minimum value required.

According to a statement released by the company, the new deadline was set on July 8, 2026. Until then, Raízen must present the schedule and procedures that will be adopted to adapt the shares to the stock exchange's rules.

The measure continues the statement released on December 9, 2025 and occurs because the company's shares continue to be traded below R$1.00, the minimum level required by B3 rules.

The company reinforced that it will keep the market informed about any relevant developments related to the topic, in accordance with applicable regulations.
