An attack at a high school in Germany this Wednesday (8) left several injured, local police reported. A suspect has been arrested.

Police in Schongau, in the southernmost state of Bavaria, said they had mobilized a "major police operation with a large number of officers" to respond to the incident.
"We are currently aware that several people were injured at the Welfen-Gymnasium. The number of people involved and the severity of the injuries are currently being ascertained," police said in a post on social network
