Atlas/Focus: Lula surpasses Flávio in the 1st and 2nd rounds in Ceará
President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) surpasses senator Flávio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ) in first and second round scenarios in the dispute for Planalto in Ceará. É o que mostra pesquisa Atlas/Focus divulgada nesta quarta-feira (17).
According to the survey, Lula appears with 53.4% of voting intentions, against 25.1% for Flávio in a possible first round scenario. Behind them are also Renan Santos (Missão), with 6.4%; Ronaldo Caiado (PSD), with 4.8%; Joaquim Barbosa (DC), with 1.9%; Romeu Zema (Novo), with 1.4%; Samara Martins (UP), with 0.7%; and Augusto Cury (Avante), with 0.2%.
Second round
The research also tested second round scenarios for the Presidency. Once again, Lula appears ahead of Flávio Bolsonaro, Ronaldo Caiado, Romeu Zema and Renan Santos. Check out the results in the graphs below:

Methodology
1,223 voters from Ceará were interviewed between the 9th and 14th of June through random digital recruitment (Atlas RDR). The margin of error is three percentage points, plus or minus. The confidence level is 95%.
The research was carried out with the institute's own resources and is registered with the TSE (Superior Electoral Court) under protocols CE-03465/2026 and BR-01326/2026.
