Atlas/Focus: Ciro has 53.2% in the 2nd round for the CE government; Elmano has 44.9%

Former Finance Minister Ciro Gomes (PSDB) has 53.2% of voting intentions in the 2nd round of the dispute for the government of Ceará, while the current governor of the state, Elmano de Freitas (PT), has 44.9%, according to the Atlas/Focus survey released this Monday (15).

Blank and invalid votes amount to 1.8%, while 0.1% of those interviewed were unable to respond.

Methodology
Atlas/Focos interviewed 1,223 voters in Ceará, between the 9th and 14th of June, through digital recruitment. The survey's margin of error is 3 percentage points, plus or minus, with a 95% confidence interval.

The research was carried out with resources from the institute itself and is registered with the TSE (Superior Electoral Court) under protocol CE-03465/2026 and BR-01326/2026.
