As? Pony goes looking for a snack and ends up stuck in a tire in England

A pony was stuck in a tractor tire in the city of Stoke-on-Trent, England. It's not known exactly how he ended up in this situation, but the RSPCA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) believes he went after a treat and couldn't get out.
