Angélica denies rumors and reveals current working relationship with Globo

Amidst a series of news and rumors about the supposed termination of a professional contract with TV Globo, presenter Angélica used social media to deny rumors spread on social media that suggested a breach of contract with the broadcaster.

In a statement released in stories, she even denied the existence of a fixed contract with the broadcaster and took the opportunity to explain how her current working model works with the company - based, according to her, on temporary partnerships. "Apparently, today they decided to put me at the center of some news that isn't true", said the communicator.

Angelica then continued. "Just to clarify: I haven't had a fixed contract with Globo for a few years. My relationship with the broadcaster happens on a case-by-case basis, according to each project. In the case of VIU, the contract was linked to the program's airing period."

The commercial agreement in question mentioned behind the scenes of "Angélica Ao Vivo", a multiplatform program that aired on Globoplay and the subscription channel GNT, whose season ended in December last year.

She also explained that, unlike the traditional exclusive format of major television networks, the current model brings more lightness and fits perfectly with the moment in life she chose for herself.

Being free, guarantees Angélica, allows you to prioritize the direction of your path. "I've always enjoyed conducting my career this way, with the freedom to choose the projects I want to be part of, build new partnerships and follow paths that make sense to me at that moment", he declared.

Before closing the subject, Angélica assured that the off-air period does not mean a sabbatical year and that the public can expect new formats soon. "You can rest assured: there are a lot of good things being prepared here. At the right time, I'll share everything with you", concluded the presenter.
