Anahí and Poncho: project reveals reason for reunion between the two

Singer Anahí, 43, and actor Alfonso Herrera, 42, caught the attention of fans when they reunited in January after years of distance. Since the video published on the occasion, the public has been suspicious about a reunion of the RBD group.

The actor, who is known as Poncho, said last month that he could not reveal the news. However, fans already knew that it was not a project linked to RBD.

The news, in fact, is the Alfonso Herrera podcast, in which Poncho welcomes guests. One of them will be Anahí.

A video released this Wednesday (27), reveals some details about the partnership and the singer's participation in the talk show led by Poncho.

In the video, the actor says: "I think we owed each other this." And the singer replied: "I think we owed each other a lot of things, but this... a lot."

During the published cut, it is possible to notice that the two address the conflicts during the time they shared the RBD stage.

The first episode of the podcast airs June 8 on Disney+.

It is worth remembering that the two acted together in the Mexican drama "Rebelde", from 2004 to 2006. Anahí gave life to the iconic character of Mia Colucci, who was Miguel Arango's love interest, played by Poncho.

The two were also part of the musical group RBD, which emerged from the soap opera.
