Anac approves sale of 20 Motiva airports to Mexican group Asur

Anac (National Civil Aviation Agency) approved this Friday (12) the prior consent for the transfer of corporate control of the Motiva airport platform, formerly CCR, to Asur (Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste), from Mexico.

The operation involves the sale of 20 airports managed by CPC (Companhia de Participações em Concessões), the airport infrastructure arm of the Brazilian company.

The decision was taken unanimously by the regulatory agency's collegiate board.

According to the reporting director, Roberto Honorato, the agency's technical area assessed that the buyer met the legal, technical and fiscal requirements required for operations of this nature and that the operation does not compromise the continuity, regularity or quality of the provision of the airport services granted.

With approval, the transaction, announced by the companies in November 2025, still depends on the completion of the contractual and corporate stages between the parties, but already has regulatory approval to move forward.
