Next week might be time to empty your Amazon wish list. From this Wednesday (1st) until July 7th, the e-commerce is promoting the seventh edition of Prime Day in Brazil, an event with exclusive offers for members, with free shipping with no minimum purchase value.

Promotions can only be taken advantage of by Amazon Prime subscribers. However, you can subscribe to a free trial for 30 days and make purchases.

After the free period, a monthly fee of R$19.90 will be charged to the registered card if the subscription is not canceled in time.

With the expectation of an increase in demand this year, Amazon announced the creation of more than 9 thousand temporary job vacancies across the country, a 50% increase compared to the previous year.

"Our main focus in this edition is to enable each member to maximize their savings", says Mariana Roth, leader of the Amazon Prime program in Brazil.

There will be more than 35 categories with discounts, according to Amazon, with discounts that can reach 80%.

Most of the products with the biggest discount are academic books, especially those focused on the area of Law. Vade Mecum, for example, an essential item for law students, has several options with 80% off, going from R$240 to R$44.

For makeup lovers, in turn, the Velvet Segunda Pele foundation from the Contém1g brand can be purchased for R$17 with a discount. Without the promotion, the item usually sells for R$99.

Some discounts, although smaller in percentage, also attract attention. An iPhone 16 with 512 GB of memory, which without discounts would cost around R$11,000, is sold for R$5,700.

Finally, for those who have always wanted to have a Kindle, perhaps this is the chance. On the Amazon website, the 16 GB Paperwhite edition is priced at R$669, almost R$300 less than the original price.
