Allan points out Corinthians' focus to seek a better Libertadores campaign

Midfielder Allan highlighted the importance of Corinthians seeking one of the best overall campaigns in the Libertadores before the duel against Platense. This Tuesday, at CT Doutor Joaquim Grava, Timão finished preparing for the match valid for the sixth and final round of the group stage of the continental tournament.

The match will be played this Wednesday, at 9:30 pm (Brasília time), at the Neo Química Arena.

"We know how important the game is for the general classification. We want to bring all the decisions in-house with the support of our fans. This will be very important for us to reach the final and, who knows, win the title. The teacher explained the strengths and vulnerabilities of the opponent. The preparation was the best possible. Now it's time to put it into practice. We are prepared," he said.

The work began with a video of tactical instructions in the Flexform Lecture Room, followed by a physical activation in the gym. Afterwards, the squad participated in tactical exercises led by Fernando Diniz, who also promoted dead ball training aimed at the confrontation.

Already guaranteed in the round of 16 and assured of the leadership of Group E, Timão should enter the field with a mixed formation. A likely lineup includes: Hugo Souza; Matheuzinho (Pedro Milans), Gabriel Paulista, Gustavo Henrique and Fabrizio Angileri; Raniele, Allan, Matheus Pereira and Rodrigo Garro; Lingard (Labyad) and Yuri Alberto (Memphis).

Corinthians arrives motivated after the 1-0 victory over Atlético-MG, in the Brazilian Championship, at Neo Química Arena. The highlight of the match was Zakaria Labyad, who scored the goal that guaranteed the black and white triumph.
