Agreement between the US and Iran provides for the opening of the Strait of Hormuz and a 60-day ceasefire, says website; see points

The United States and Iran are close to signing an agreement involving a 60-day ceasefire extension, during which the Strait of Hormuz would be reopened.
Iran would be able to sell oil freely, and negotiations would be held to limit Iran's nuclear program, the US news website Axios reported on Saturday (23), citing a member of the United States government.
According to the Axios report:
During the 60-day period, the Strait of Hormuz would remain open without charging fees, and Iran would agree to remove the mines it installed in the region to allow the free passage of ships.
In exchange, as part of the proposed agreement, the US would lift the naval blockade it has been placing on Iranian ports at the entrance to the Strait of Hormuz;
Washington would also grant sanctions exemptions to allow Iran to sell oil freely, in addition to unblocking Iranian funds within a 60-day period.
The draft deal also includes commitments from Iran never to develop nuclear weapons;
Tehran would also suspend its uranium enrichment program and accept the removal of its stockpile of highly enriched uranium;

Sources in the negotiations also told Axios that Iran provided the US, through mediators, with verbal commitments on concessions regarding the suspension of enrichment and the delivery of the material nuclear.
The Iranian Tasnim news agency further stated that the draft text estimates that with the liberation of the Strait of Hormuz, the number of ships authorized to transit the Strait of Hormuz would return to pre-war levels within 30 days.
