Agatha Moreira talks about starting with Rodrigo Simas: "It was weird"

Actors Agatha Moreira, 34, and Rodrigo Simas, 34, said that the beginning of their relationship was "a little weird" because they were both very good friends at the same time.

"We met in 'Malhação', we are 14 years old, acting as brothers [...] and 'Pride and Paixão' we did together in 2018. I was already in love", said Rodrigo about acting in the second serial.

In an interview with the program "Mais Você" this Tuesday (2), Agatha also joked about the way he spoke the name of her character, Baronesinha, saying that it was impossible not to fall in love.

"We were very good friends, so much so that, at the beginning, when this relationship changed, it was a little strange", said the actress, and her lover confirmed: "It took us a while to accept what was happening."

According to Rodrigo, the two were calm in the process of changing the type of relationship they had. The relationship, however, took eight months to be revealed to the public,

"It took us a while to take on something because people start to intrude. We were mature and, little by little, understanding the relationship, because there is pressure around it. We were trying to give our time and we really enjoyed it", they said.

The couple who made their relationship official in 2018 celebrated seven years together at the end of 2025.
