See the moment a boy leaves his motorcycle after an attack on a Rota lieutenant

Images obtained by CNN Brasil show the moment in which Luiz Henrique de Oliveira Nascimento, arrested this Tuesday (7) as one of the suspects in the attack on Ronickson Pimentel dos Santos, lieutenant of Rota (Rondas Ostensivas Tobias de Aguiar) and brother of Eloá Pimentel, abandons the motorcycle used in the crime.

In the video it is possible to observe when the boy stops the vehicle and cleans the handlebars and the seat. Soon after, he leaves the place and leaves the motorcycle on the corner.

The arrest of the 34-year-old suspect took place in the Heliópolis region, south of São Paulo. According to information from the Military Police, the capture was carried out on Tuesday night (7) by a team from Rota itself, during a patrol on Rua Lício de Miranda.

During the approach, Luiz Henrique confessed to his participation in the crime and explained that he was responsible for getting rid of the motorcycle. He also said that he left the vehicle on Rua Roberto Koch shortly after the attack.

The suspect was taken to the DHPP (Department of Homicide and Personal Protection) to execute an arrest warrant that was already open against him. Police said he has an extensive criminal record.

According to CNN, in 2021 alone, he was arrested three times for drug trafficking in ABC Paulista, and a fourth time in 2024.

Shooter on Interpol's list
Luiz Henrique is the third suspect arrested for involvement in the attempted execution. Two other men, aged 40 and 52, had already been temporarily arrested the day after the crime, in the Guaianases region, suspected of providing logistical support and transport.

The police also seized a white Renault Logan used by the group, which, according to intelligence reports, passed through the area the lieutenant frequented in São Caetano do Sul 96 times before the attack.

The Civil Police intensified the search for the person who carried out the shooting, identified as Hércules da Costa Siqueira, known as "Golias" or "Peruca".

The court ordered his temporary arrest for 30 days and he was included on the red list of Interpol, the international police, due to the imminent risk of fleeing abroad with his family.

According to the latest medical bulletin, the lieutenant, who is admitted to the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) of the Hospital Estadual Mário Covas, in Santo André, has a favorable clinical evolution.

He maintains good oxygenation and controlled intracranial pressure, and continues to be continuously monitored by the neurosurgery team.
