According to Joaquim Lo Prete, general manager of ABSOLUT Sport, an agency specialized in sports packages in Brazil, the data released by Infantino confirms a trend: fans are increasingly looking for more experiences.

"This data confirms a trend that we have been following for years: fans are increasingly looking for complete and memorable experiences, developing exclusive packages that combine hospitality, comfort, security and specialized support at each stage of the journey", he commented.

Despite criticism regarding ticket prices, audiences are recording high averages, with stadiums receiving more than 80 thousand fans. Tironi Paz Ortiz, CEO of Imply ElevenTickets, a company that offers technologies and services for clubs and events, spoke about the importance of the organization optimizing the connection between fans.

"Within this context, it is essential to optimize the connection with fans, by boosting, for example, experiences from purchasing a ticket to spending time at the stadium. One of the attractions of this edition of the World Cup that I mention in this sense was the launch of Fan ID, which expands the experience of ticket holders also to the digital environment", he highlighted
