Tabbed out "Winter City Ghosts" for all the Sparky Deathcap fans out there.
I found the chords by watching Rob's hands during live performances of the song.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xtWJxn3t7Ds (0:22 and 2:49, thanks Caleb)
The strumming for the whole song is all downstrokes and is the same for all the verses
and the bridge.
The chorus strumming is a bit weird and he varies it between the different choruses, but
I'm sure you can
work it out and improvize.
Also, I used a chord analyzer to figure out what the names of most of the chords are, so
forgive me if
the names are inaccurate.

The snow fall, it came sooner than

Anyone could've predicted
G#m7 Esus2

More than anyone could've predicted
G#m7 Esus2
As I held your hand inside my jacket sleeve
G#m7
The soft shoes of the tourists

Made the whole place jump with static
G#m7 Esus2
From the starlit ballrooms not too far from here
G#m7
The lights on in tall buildings
Esus2
They were blinking in the distance
G#m7 Esus2
Like a Morse code signal from the wind and trees
