Track No. 21 on disc 2 of The Godfather 50th Anniversary expanded and remastered edition:
Mazurka Ala Siciliana.

Heard in the movie during Michael's and Apollonia's wedding scene in Sicily. Despite it's short
duration of 25 seconds, this is, unlike the track Connie's Wedding, not an audio rip from the movie,
but a dedicated recording conducted by Coppola. One of his compositions, it unfortunately got
scrapped from Nino Rota's 1972 OST. It soon was re-arranged and re-recorded in full length (this is
only a short excerpt) by Coppola for The Godfather's Family Wedding Album in the same year. It bore
the slightly different title: Mazurka (Alla Siciliana) on the vinyl. That lead mandolin version can
be seen among my tabs, as well. It next was released on The Godfather Part III's 1990 OST as a segment
of the mashup track Sicilian Medley: Va Pensiero/Danza Tarantella/Mazurka (Alla Siciliana).
That non-mandolin version also will be seen among my tabs.

This recording's small ensemble is matching what is heard in the movie with an accordion, guitar
and tambourine. There is not one, but two mandolins. They play within octaves of one another:
The higher one being the main melody at full volume in the foreground and the lower one heard
faintly in the background. Transcript of the mandolins in GDae standard tuning. The piece gradually
picks up the pace and is played with plucked notes, as well as tremolo.
