5 Guitar Amps for Beginners That Are Actually Great
Afinação: E A D G B ECapotraste: Sem capotraste
Track no. 17 on disc 1 of The Godfather 50th Anniversary expanded and remastered edition: Corleone Waltz #2.
Composed by Nino Rota and conducted by Carlo Savina for the movie.
Combining track no. 1 (Main Title/Corleone Waltz #1) with this no. 17 & no. 27 (Corleone Waltz #3) of the 2022
re-release gives us the entire piece that was track no. 8 (The Godfather Waltz) on the 1972 release - Only in
different order (OST segments: Main Title - Corleone Waltz #3 - Corleone Waltz #1 - Corleone Waltz #2). It was
actually the soundtrack version of the Waltz that was edited together from these cues!
Comparing this to that version, Corleone Waltz #2 is almost identical to the fourth segment of The Godfather
Waltz timestamped at 3:16-3:34. Almost and not entirely identical, simply because the OST version fades out
with a volume decrease while this cue was left intact at full volume during the entirety of its already
short duration.
The mandolin plays the lead voice with a continuous tremolo. At the same time, the accordion plays the second
voice. In the background, there are also a guitar, bass and drums. Transcript and transposal in standard
tuning, GDae.
