Tina Turner diz 'tane'. John Fogerty foi questionado sobre isso em uma entrevista e não confirmou 'pain/pane/tane'; ele apenas disse que às vezes cantava algo que soava bem, mesmo que não fizesse sentido. Então, nunca saberemos com certeza.
