NOTE 1: This song is actually tabbed for Drop F tuning.
NOTE 2: I'm assuming the tuning is in Drop F, but I'm not one hundred percent sure. The material from the
last record was in Drop F or Drop F# tuning, and in the video, Chase appears to be playing in Drop F. That
said, with Mick Gordon producing/featuring on this, I wouldn't be surprised if the guitar track was tuned
lower, on a 8 or 9 string guitar. This tab, though, is tabbed for a six-string.
NOTE 3: The guitar tone in this is super dense and fuzzy. I cranked up my gain fairly high, used a
MetalZone pedal preset and set my Digitech Whammy pedal to get the high/low octave on what I was playing.
When recording my cover in my DAW, I also triple-tracked the guitar parts. Finally, I intentionally used the
guitar model I have equipped with EMG 81/85 pickups. If you're just wanting to jam to this in your room
though, you can get your tone close with cranked up gain and a distortion pedal/pedal preset, regardless of
pick-up type.
