There are two guitars here in slightly different setups. Guitar I,
outlined below, is in standard tuing with two capos--one on the 2nd fret
and then one on the 4th fret but just on the 5th through 1st strings, so not
including the low E string. So when you play a D shape relative to the capo,
you should get that low root note on the 6th string. Since the capo on the 2nd
fret just needs to hold down the 6th string, I was able to use a shoestring
since I don't have two capos. Or you can play this song down a step with one
capo on the 5th through 1st strings on the 2nd fret.
 
Guitar II is in standard tuning with a capo on the 4th fret. I won't bother
adding it below but its essentially all the same chords except he stays on D
rather than playing the D/F# and instead of either the Gsus2 or G7, he just plays
a regular G (320033).
